DPDP Compliance
Urban Polymers India complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), India's landmark legislation governing the processing of personal data. This page explains how we uphold your rights under the DPDP and the measures we have implemented to ensure lawful, transparent, and secure handling of your information.
Scope and Applicability
The DPDP applies to the processing of digital personal data within India, as well as processing outside India if it relates to offering goods or services to individuals in India. While Urban Polymers India does not maintain a user registration system or collect personal data through forms, we may process limited personal data automatically via website analytics, cookies, and server logs for operational and security purposes. This compliance page outlines how we handle such data in accordance with the DPDP.

These rights apply only to personal data we process, which, in our case, is limited to anonymized or aggregated usage data collected through third-party analytics tools.

- Maintaining website security and functionality
- Understanding user engagement to improve content delivery
- Complying with legal obligations related to digital infrastructure
We do not rely on consent for this processing, as the data collected is minimal, non-identifying, and essential for site operation.
